Gloria Juanita Conchas passed into the arms of the Lord early morning November 23, 2016 at the age of 40 years old. Gloria was born in Dallas, Texas on September 17, 1976 to Salvador and Angelina Conchas. She is survived by her three children, Christa, Christopher, Angelina, and her husband, Christopher Davis. Juanita took great pride in being a devoted, motivating, and loving mother. She raised three beautiful children and made it a priority to instill strong faith in their lives. She was an amazing mother to her children but also their best friend and right hand in life.

Gloria had an overflowing love for God. Her heart was on fire for the love of the Lord. She loved listening to worship songs and singing along. She knew that in every step she took in life, God was there by her side, loving her unconditionally.

Gloria was a lover and overwhelmingly optimistic. She accepted people for who they truly were and treated everyone as if they were her own. She was strong and independent, yet loving and compassionate. She was known to be a great listener and was always there to provide others with guidance and advice. She always said, “Everything happens for a reason. You might not understand it right now, but you will later.”

Gloria was an incredible person and loved spending time with her family. Being the youngest of all her siblings, everyone would agree that she was the boldest, the funniest, the loudest, and definitely the life of every party. Her laugh was unlike any other; it could bring a smile to your face the second you heard it. She was the ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Her soul shined brighter than the stars in the night sky. She was, and will always be, overwhelmingly loved.

She will be missed dearly by her family and all who knew her. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, with a prayer service beginning at 6:30 pm at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 3050 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247.
